level, underlying psychological stressors, and <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/emotional-intelligence-eq\/\"><strong>emotional intelligence<\/strong><\/a> influence the degree to which we feel comfortable in a professional situation.<\/p>\n<p>The author of the book, \"<em>The Happiness Advantage<\/em>\", Shawn Achor, <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/06\/the-happiness-dividend\"><strong>stated<\/strong><\/a> that a company with happy employees <span class=\"highlighter primary\">could increase its <strong>sales by 37%<\/strong> and productivity <b>by 31%<\/b><\/span>, which directly contributes to building a high-performance work environment and improves the quality of life for all people involved in the
